JOB TITLE: INDUSTRIAL QUALITY PRODUCTION LEADER – JUNIOR (full time)

Your mission:

As your products are produced at your suppliers’ site, you develop your supplier‘s expertise to produce quality products within short lead-times and low cost.

Your responsibilities:

• You are in charge of Indus Perimeter for new development / duplication of products which involves using Industrial Costing techniques to ensure value/price products

• You evaluate and ensure the quality of products at your suppliers in line and before shipment.

• You drive the factories / projects towards autonomy on different Axis (Quality Management/ Industrialization/ Sustainability) You will co-work with Head Quarter, local team, suppliers to find best solutions for your customers.

• You ensure that Decathlon Compliance standards and the local regulation are respected, in terms of: quality, safety, environment, toxicology and social compliance

• You are responsible for a regular control plan.

• You measure and correct discrepancies.

• You explain and recommend changes.

• You ensure the process applying in production lines.

• You are able to work full time in the week.

• Your majors linked to quality management, textile garment or industrial management.

• Your love to be on-the-field. You will work closely with product at the production site.

• You are excellent in English and Vienamese.

• You practice sport.

• You adhere to deadlines and prioritize your actions.

• You are ready to make decision and responsible for your decisions

• Your good understanding about production, especially in textile/ garment product industries would be an advantage.
