JOB DESCRIPTION

To boost the ambition of the team through a close relationship with the Brands in order to develop the range of products in adequacy with their need.

He/She ensures the launching time of products thanks to the development on time, monitoring mass production to prevent quality risks and ensure the highest efficiency for the best value of price.

As a Development and Industrialization Production Leader of Decathlon Vietnam, you will:

- Be responsible for the manufacturing of the prototypes and participate in the setting up of the technical file

- Be a key contact between Product Engineer in Headquarter and local Suppliers, assuring all products are developed in accordance with design and specification requirements as detailed by Brand while maintaining a concept on performance.

- Propose innovative ideas to create your products.

- Optimize the development cost of your products.

- Coordinate the development and industrialization of the project plan.

- Ensure the product quality in mass production conditions.

- Ensure and optimize the manufacturing organization.

- Manage the continuous improvement on your activity.

• Your 2-3 years of relevant working experience in product development, quality, production, sourcing and merchandising.
