As products are produced at our suppliers’ site, you will need to develop the supplier‘s expertise to produce quality products within short lead times and low cost.

RESPONSIBILITY

Currently DECATHLON is using RFID TECHNOLOGY in the RETAIL, LOGISTIC and PRODUCTION LEVEL.

Accompany and follows the DECATHLON PROJECT, find new opportunities to use the RFID technology and work in an ever challenging global environment.

We produced in 2017, 175 million pcs of RFID Tag for South East Asia AREA (Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia).

In full autonomy, you lead supplier management and ambitious projects implementation and deployment:

• You ensure the quality of RFID Tag production in short lead-time

• You raise up your supplier autonomy in every module, especially supply, quality and developments

• You launch and pilot continuous improvement projects with the suppliers to make progress on their performance in quality, safety, environment, toxicology and social compliance

• You are part of a dynamic worldwide network, you will continuously interact with supplier, internal customers, worldwide RFID team

• You lead the continuous improvement of your suppliers in order to increase productivity, optimize the cost and reduce the Lead time.

• You calculate and rationalize your component requirement and ensure the supply of your product.

• You push the 100% source tagging project in production.

• You take in charge game changing projects for finish goods: in plant printing and encoding, bulk encoding, smart warehouse, trace-ability, etc ...

• You have good ability to work on the field in factory, understand quickly the stakes to build strong projects with high added values

• A good communicator and coach: you motivate your supplier and ensure their continual progression to fulfill your customer‘s requests.

• Organized: you endlessly strive to adhere to deadlines and prioritize your actions.

• Responsible and thorough: you achieve high quality production.

• Honest and committed: you apply the social and environmental charter with conviction and determination.

• Majored in engineering / manufacturing, experience in electronic industry is a plus.
