MISSION
As products are produced at our suppliers’ site, you will need to develop the supplier‘s expertise to produce quality products within short lead times and low cost

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source, select and manage Suppliers. 
• Implement the industrialization process to ensure the mass production.
• Ensure the product quality in mass production conditions.
• Ensure and optimize the manufacturing organization.
• Master and optimize product costs.
• Evaluate and ensure the quality of products and systems at your suppliers.
• Accelerate continuous improvement projects with your suppliers to make progress in their performance (quality, safety, environment, toxicology) and social compliance to ensure sustainable development in production.
• Responsible for a regular control plan and ensure the process applied to production lines.

• Your love to be on-the-field. As a Production Leader, I will work closely with the supplier at the factory almost every day.
• Your working experience in Quality, Industrial Management, Lean Manufacturing, Know-how in Footwear/Textile industry is a plus.
