MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop communication strategy which includes:
- Define the priorities of annual communication plan to response well the business, human strategies and the context
- Set up, develop & manage suitable communication channels (website, newsletter, social networks …) for the best efficiency and reasonable budget
2. Manage & design effective communication execution:
- Initiate & follow-up the detail action plan for each communication channel to meet the targets
- Direct involvement in communication activities (on-line & off-line) include but not limited:
+ Designing communication materials
+ Web/forum/Social Network administrator
+ Content writing/editing
+ Interacting with external agents
+ Speaker
+ Event organizer (with potential candidates or Decathlon sport users)

Your Profile:
- Sport practice
- Strong communication both verbally & speaking, both in Vietnamese & English
- Good at website & social network channels management (Facebook, Linkedin, Google…)
- Good at project management
- Digital oriented (knowledgeable & quickly adapted to new digital platforms)
- Familiar with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
- Practical creativeness
- High responsibility & autonomous
