Play Communication role of bellowing 3 pillars:

***Content strategist (national level)

Work with teammates (such as Webmarketer / Sport Leaders / Communication Leader / ECommerce Leader/ Communication Team...) to create a strategic content plan on social media, website, and other Decathlon digital channels)

Plan to balance the quantity of content and content type to optimize the engagement and traffic as KPIs Analyze content performance for the future content optimization

Stay updated with all trends of content on social media and sport communities

Write and schedule content published on Decathlon digital channels on time as planned

***Media coordinator

Manage the media agency to make sure their actions create good ROAS, meet the KPIs and deliver on time

Work with the media agency to create effective content type to boost ads

Work with teammates (such as Webmarketer / Sport Leaders / Communication Leader / ECommerce Leader/ Communication Team...) to manage digital advertising plan

***Design

Understand design elements to send brief to designers

Basic design skills to support designers for urgent cases (short lead time/ urgent and unplanned actions)

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

T/O growth of my city

Traffic, members, engagement growth on digital channels

Respect of Communication budget on digital (meeting targeted ROAS)

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent in content writing and planning (experienced in sport content is a plus)

1 to 2 years of experience in measuring digital Communication effectiveness

Passionate and experience in Digital / Ecommerce

Demonstrated ability to communicate design vision in visual, written, and verbal formats (having basic design skills via Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is a plus)

The ability to work effectively in an extremely fast paced, ambiguous environment

The ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem solving skills

Proven track record of owning project from start to finish – self-starter and self-directed

Good in English
