YOUR MISSION:  As an E-commerce Accountant, you will ensure all aspects of accounting operations, as well as influencing and supporting various projects as we scale. You will work with the local finance/operational teams as well as our corporate accounting staff in France and other countries.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:

• Manage and complete daily tasks linked to booking of turnover, expenses, account receivables, and accounts payables.
• Ensure payment on time to stakeholders
• Perform bank reconciliation and customer refund in E-commerce fields.
• Ensure communication, documentation, and risk-mitigating actions to support internal and external audits.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations of allocated accounts, explain variations, and ensure timely resolution and clean-up of overdue items.
• Perform and ensure tasks linked to monthly, and annual financial closings.
• Appropriate, apply, and follow up the group and local accounting and compliance norms.
• Oversee the monitoring of internal control on the accounting cycle in charge.
• Improve the internal processes, document, and communicate with the stakeholders.
• Contribute to the constant improvement of the processes (efficiency, automation).

WHAT YOU OFFER US:

• You are excellent in English and Vietnamese. Clear communication (verbal and written) in English is a must.
• Bachelor‘s degree or upper (preferably with a major in accounting, finance, or audit).
• You have 2 - 3 years of experience in accounting and in managing projects.
• Based knowledge of E-commerce, the experience in intercompany is a plus.
