JOB TITLE: FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYST
Your mission: With your strategic planning and Functional Management ability to boost economic and financial performance and build efficiency and agility for production’s businesses in Decathlon Vietnam.
Decision support & Business Partnering:
- Project leading.
- Handling the risks management within your perimeter.
- Making modeling for facilitating the decision makers.
- Preparing the business for the future with the trusted business advisories.
- Identifying and understanding business challenges; propose and create solutions by embracing innovation, new technologies and market dynamics.
Planning; Budgeting & Forecasting Environment/ Human/ Economical (E/H/E) Value Creation:
- Helping the production leader to build a business plan of her/his strategy and accurate budgeting of Environment/Human/Economical value creation.
- Leading and developing the Business Forecasting competence of the business team for analysis & understanding of performance and for optimized decision-making.
- Identifying and understanding the risks and business challenges for the planning.
Environment/ Human/ Economical Performance management & Reporting:
- By using financial and extra-financial real time data, providing user-friendly business information, allowing the analysis, understanding of performance to help making optimized short and medium term decisions.
- Playing an active role in risk management with your BU leader.

Your profile:
- You are excellent and confident in English and Vietnamese.
- You practice sports.
- You have bachelor‘s degree or upper (preferable with major in Finance/ Business)
- You already lead project(s).
- You are proactive and know how to exert counterpower.
- > 04 years experience in finance control.
- You are ready to be a business partner; you have a Business Process improvement mindset.
- You have the ability of economic and financial (balance sheet) data understanding, ability to analyze and provide conclusions & action plans.
- You have economic ratios and corporate finance knowledge.
- You have good analytical, strategic thinking, functional management and problem-solving skills.
