DECATHLON CONNECT - 1F, Aeon Mall Ha Dong is looking for part-time team members!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You’re the main actor to:

• Proactively work on daily operations tasks of a retail store:
• Advise customers about Decathlon products & provide sales and after-sales services
• Receive & manage stocks in store & in warehouse
• Arrange layout & change visual merchandising in the store
• Do cash tills and guarantee the accurate flow of financial transactions
• Provide good quality of Click & Collect service and digital support towards omnichannel customers
• Promote Decathlon channels and services towards customers 
• Support to organize sports events (online/offline)
• Work on other tasks/initiatives to continuously improve our operations

WHO ARE YOU

• You’re passionate about sports
• You’re smiley, open-minded, and positive
• You’re proactive, fast-learner, multitasking, and have good problem-solving skills
• You’re humble, love to learn but also learn to lead
• You’re omnichannel customer service oriented and dare to think outside the box, to do and to give feedback & self-reflection
• You‘re able to work from 15 to 20 hours per week
• You’re willing to work on evenings, weekends and public holiday
• You‘re able to work in both Aeon Mall Ha Dong and Royal City
• You’re fluent in Vietnamese and good at English (plus)
• You have a good understanding of retail operations tasks (plus)
• You have good knowledge of sports’ products (plus)
