Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1/ Management :

  • Costing leaders (suppliers), to guarantee:
- to be country referent of costing topics & domain.
- training level to master & perform.
- SAM availability & relevancy.
- SOT reliability of our suppliers.
- BOL consumption report efficiency.
- Decathlon requirements consumption applied by suppliers.
  • Production Team Manager finished goods suppliers, to guarantee:
- efficiency improvement of suppliers : OWE.
- rightness of the CPM => to be confirmed with DAF.
  • Production Team Manager component suppliers, to guarantee:
- reliability & competitiveness of our sole’s suppliers CBD.
- reliability & competitiveness of our upper’s suppliers price list.
- best cost for new CPT (Upper + Sole) development.
  + manage CBD / data / price list up-to-date and accurately.
- consistent preparation for seasonal price negotiation:
  +provide global data input to prepare negotiation.
  • Costing standards & tools to improve: 
- be connected with central costing team.
- apply, challenge, improve the standards.

2/ Create and animate cost database with country dashboard access: 

- optimize the costing activity by standardizing / framing the tools.

- monitor & pilote costing KPI.

3/ Benchmark “to be 5 min in advance” on price competitiveness :

- work closely with footwear Vietnam Operational Process Manager Purchasing position.

- analysis continuously prices from others DPP for the sole & upper components. 

- analysis on the DC key sports competitor models / range on the market.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Costing.
  • Having experience in Footwear is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
  • Functional management skill.
  • Strong leadership.
  • You have high demanding level & able to challenge.
  • Analytical & logical approach Intrapreneurship mindset.
  • Negotiation skill Continuous improvement mindset.
