YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• You imagine and implement a standard “Ship from Store” operation process for online orders received in Ho Chi Minh city and other areas nearby (goods picking in store, collaboration with fast delivery providers, orders preparation & expedition,  delivery service, customer feedback analysis, stress-free return procedure…)
• You put in place the right solutions to satisfy online customers beyond their expectations (maintenance/upgrade of our online platform with Decathlon support center) 
• You ensure 1-day delivery to 100% of our partner sports clubs in HCMC
• You ensure that our online platform (decathlon.vn) is at the service of our Sport Leaders (product category management, specific communication…)
• You continuously fight to ensure a seamless experience of our customers online 

YOUR PROFILE

• You are passionate about your sport and practice it regularly.
• You have analytical skills and good capacity of organization. 
• You have a successful experience in e-commerce or have a strong interest for it
• Your creativity allows you to solve all kinds of digital problems
• You are dynamic and have a high sense of responsibility 
• You speak both Vietnamese & English
• You are flexible and ready to work during the weekend (5 days per week) and take another day off instead
