As a Product Compliance Leader, You commit the safety of products to end-users at the best solution of Quality/ Lead time/ Cost.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage Customs Data

• Working processes with Customs including explaining, dealing with Customs departments to relevant issues/ matters during daily operations, HS code concern, COO, taxes, price corresponding process, import licences, Post Customs audit process, . . .
• Classification HS code, customs duty.

2. Ensure Product Compliance Process:

• Process import license.
• Ensure label data for products before selling in Vietnam market.
• Ensure local certificate for local products.

3. Optimize Compliance Cost and Lead Time:

4. Guarantee minimum gap between customs duty referencing and real paid.

5. Risk management for customs and compliance activity.

• Study new regulation.
• Anticipate the risk of post-inspection, penalties.

6. Lead toward opex (continuous improvement):

• Optimize value chain, create problem solving culture.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 working years in customs & product compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Harmonized System (HS) Codes, product import, especially supermarket industry will be an advantage.
• Solid Customs operations knowledge and Import Compliance application law/ regulation.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal relationship building skills.
• Strong communication with internal and external parties.
• Initiative turned to tangible result for Continuous improvement/ Operational Excellence through data analysis and value stream mapping.
