Your Mission :

To monitor internet users’ browsing habits and incite these users to visit the website, download the application and go to the physical stores.

You define the traffic roadmap by working mainly on the non paid but also on the paid traffic.

*Non Paid Traffic

You lead on the topic of search engine optimisation (SEO) and organic traffic. You focus on making the  owned channels (website, stores, application, and social media) as visible as possible to users, to work alongside with the team to reach ambitious targets for growth in market share.

*Paid Traffic

The job also expects to optimize the campaign made by the agencies as it progresses and deliver the best possible results. At the end of each campaign,you do the campaign assessment.

Your responsibilities :

• Write the traffic roadmap aligned with The business strategy
• Develop, manage and optimize comprehensive paid ads campaigns
• Audit and optimize new & existing ad campaigns to ensure KPIs are met such as budget spend, timelines, CPA, ROI, and ROAS 
• Identify new opportunities to increase client conversions regularly
• Set up reporting to follow the performance 
• Plan, develop and implement  SEO strategy
• Perform thorough keywords research with a routine
• Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
• Identify technical opportunities to improve SEO rankings
• Identify opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to the customer

Your Profile: 

• You love sports
• You have  Excellent analytical skills with ability to mine data to inform decisions
• SEO professional with 1.5+ years of experience within an e-commerce leading site or agency
• You have Experienced skills and knowledge of Google Analytics,  Google Tag Manager  and how social media ads operates 
• You are excellent in organization and time management skills 
• You have more than 2 years experience and knowledge of online funnel marketing strategies
• You have knowledge of testing practices
• You are able to execute and manage details
• Your communication are good in both English and Vietnamese
