THE MISSION 

You are the leader of the Cycling & Urban sports department in the Decathlon Tan Phu store. You have a mission to sustainably bring Decathlon products to the sport users by sharing your sport passion. 

To fulfill your mission, you and your team ensure the "WOW" experience of customers in the store, connect with sport users through the sport communities (clubs, tournaments, events, playgrounds) and digital social networks. 

Your responsibilities 

• In the store, as a leader of the team, you are in charge of recruitment, training-coaching and management of your direct teammates. 
• You serve the customers physically and digitally, you develop and animate your commercial policies thanks to a good communication plan, management of your stock, your merchandising and your range of products. 
• You are responsible for the profit & loss of your department. 
• You join with other store captains to ensure daily operation tasks of the whole store.

• As a person of action, you dare to put your hands to solve problems with your teammates and know how to make decisions. 
• You have a vision to develop your sport and are well connected to the sport communities. 
• You are flexible and ready to work during the weekend and take another day off instead (you work 5 days per week). 
• You speak Vietnamese & English
