Job Description

PURPOSE:
- I am the primary contact point of my partnering and a bridge between my partnering team and the People team for effective HR management.
- I englighten the future of market context and company context to co-build team Human strategies.
- I accompany the team to be autonomous in Human management which align to Human Strategies.
- As an actor of change, I keep the team agile and adapted with the different context to support Business goals.
- I take care of the working spirit of the team for the happiness and the success of all.
RESPONSIBILITY:
HRBP Responsibilities:
- I ensure human management practices are in compliance with company policy.
- I coordinate with relevant parties for the best co-building, implementation, sharing and also the improvement of all the HR strategies, policies, processes and solutions of my team as a part of the Company.
- I accompany the team for necessary changes of organizational structures, policies and processes...
- I provoke and facilitare changes of the team.
- I work with the team on human planning and the development of management of tomorrow. (succession planning).
- I do the mapping of soft & management competencies to boost Career development of team-mates.
- I develop the autonomy in human management of Team Leaders with support but also high demanding level.
- I utilize smart channels to attract the right talents to the team, support team in offering and follow-up them for a good integration.
- I accompany and advice Team leaders to ensure the principle of Total Rewards package (REM) is applied in the team.
- I take care of employee relation with win-win approach for both teammates and company.
- I facilitate team members’ satisfaction & work on relevant activities to increase the happiness and retain talents.
- I promote the Company culture my team and the spirit of “team of teams”. I support other activities initiated by People team to implement in partnering team.
L&D Responsibilities:
- I define a strategic & action plan to support business needs.
- I take lead to build up and revise/ review company policies, processes and tools to ensure a management system is up to date according to the needs.
- I coordiate with relevant networks to ensure the consistent implementation on my perimeter.
