Responsibilities:

IMPORT SCOPE

 ·        Manage import shipments to ensure lead-time transport and customs

·        Optimize shipments cost

·        Build up and optimize SOP with Logistics service providers (LSP)

·        Report of performance: Lead-time, cost, LSP, Quality management review

·        Manage the economic part of activity (invoice & monitoring) & lead negotiation with service providers

WAREHOUSE SCOPE

·        Manage warehouse lay out in optimization of space and movement

·        Build up and optimize warehouse SOP with LSP

·        Manage warehouse platform, follow up and support the service provider and ensure that reception & expedition of the cargoes comply with Decathlon requirements.

·        Guarantee delivery on time to store within commitment

·        Report of anomaly, stock, productivity...

·        Optimize warehouse cost

·        Manage the economic part of activity (invoice & monitoring) & lead negotiation with service providers

Requirements:

·        You are excellent in English (to work in an English speaking environment)

·        You are dynamic and sportive 

·        You are strong in data analysis, working with number and excel and procedure 

·        You are able to coordinate people without hierarchy link 

·        You like challenge, solving messy to create standard 

·        You have strong sense of supply chain 

·        You have management courage, and be able to say NO 

·        You have experience in Warehouse management

·        You are willing to travel daily between company office and warehouse (In Ha Noi and Bac Ninh)
