MISSION: As a Planner, you are a key contact point with Supplier,  monitor and control CAPACITY and PRODUCTION PLANNING for whole supplier

YOUR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Prepare the capacity with supplier , which aligned with Y+1 business plan

2. Build up the macro planning with production team for Y+1

3. Communicate the macro plan with brands and follow up with local team

4. Manage the capacity and production planning during the season

5. Collaborate with my Zone Planner (in France) and Supplier Planner to utilize my panel capacity

6. Contribute to the Decathlon Vietnam Planner Community by skills up team and good practice sharing

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

3-5 years experience in planning/ supply chain in production, esp. footwear/ sole production 
Good communication in English & Vietnamese, be able to collaborate with Production teams, including Supply, Technical, Costing, Quality...

Good analytical & problem solving skill
Love to be on the field
Practice sport
Have bachelor degree or upper, preferable with major in foreign trade, industrial management, economic, import/export.
