YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Your very first role in Decathlon will be Recruitment Business Partner. Your career path will be discussed during the interview and developed based on your strength and interest in the years after (opened for HR or other fields).
As a Recruitment Partner, you:
- Analyse, advice and challenge team(s) for human resources planning and mapping to support the best their business stragegies
- Make recruitment plans accordingly
- Promote the Company’s image through different channels
- Follow-up and optimize the recruitment process: job sheets, recruitment tools, recruitment methods, sources of candidate…
- Select the candidates and support managers in making hiring decision
- Build-up, select and manage the service of recruitment agents and/or partners for the best effectiveness
- Bench-mark with market and alert managers on relevant changes in the area
- Initiate and lead HR projects, transformation
- Analyze and make HR reports
- Support other parts in HR management
YOUR PROFILE
- At least 03 years experience including at least 01 year in recruitment or management
- Familiar with Social network, Words, Excel, Power Point, Google Mail
- Excellent English. Good Vietnamese speaking
- Sportive and pro-active
- Good communication and Leadership
- Ready to make decision
- Good business sense
- Ready for traveling
- Familiar with manufacturing/ FMCG environment
- Technical background or head-hunting experience is a plus
