Job Description
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Accounting Manager to mentor the team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster their professional development and ensure departmental goals are met.
- Ensure reliable accounting records, control, and report transactions in the area of responsibility.
- Ensure communication, documentation, and risk-mitigating actions to support internal and external audits in the area of responsibility.
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations of allocated accounts, explain variations, and ensure timely resolution and clean-up of overdue items.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and financial statement validation.
- Ensure good financial reporting based on a very good understanding of data (master data).
- Appropriate, apply, and follow up the group and local accounting and compliance norms.
- Oversee the monitoring of internal control on the accounting cycle in charge.
- Improve the processes Actively design internal processes in the area of responsibility, document, and communicate to the stakeholders.
- Contribute to the constant improvement of the processes in the area of responsibility (efficiency, automation).
YOUR REQUIREMENTS:
- You practice sports.
- Minimum of 05 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
